An established portal rebuilt
IngatlanMax has served the Hungarian property market since 2004. The remake retained that established purpose while rebuilding the public experience around clearer property discovery, modern listing presentation, responsive use, and a structure that can continue evolving with the business.
Property and advertiser workflows
Visitors can browse and refine listings through detailed property, location, category, price, size, and feature filters, then review media, specifications, location data, and advertiser details. Registered property professionals can manage profiles and listings through subscription-based publishing, while structured feeds and import workflows support larger inventories.
Custom WordPress product engineering
The platform uses a Composer-managed Bedrock foundation, a custom Sage and Acorn application theme, PHP modules, Blade templates, Tailwind CSS, and Vite. Purpose-built plugins manage configurable property data, subscriptions, feed imports, media optimization, access control, and the operational rules behind the public portal.
Google PageSpeed Insights results
We shortened the critical request chain by self-hosting Google Fonts and Select2, deferring suitable jQuery-dependent scripts, replacing a heavy GDPR plugin, and loading assets only where needed. Reserved layout space and responsive WebP delivery improve stability. Semantic controls and ARIA state, canonical URLs, structured data, controlled indexing, and dedicated sitemaps support accessibility and SEO.
